Captain's Choice

Awarded to the player whom the Captain deems the most worthy. Can be awarded for writing or for OOC reasons.

Eligibility: Anyone who participated during the relevant mission and did not receive this award for the previous mission.

Voting: This is not an award that is decided by vote. Nominations to the Commanding Officer however are welcome.
