Awarded to Commanding Officers who have dedicated their time and effort towards simming for extended periods of time and who have, like Captain Picard himself, earned the loyalty and trust of the players who have served with them.

Eligibility: Only the highest quality Commanding Officers are capable of receiving this award.

Voting: This is not an award that is decided by vote or by nominations to the Command Team.
