Awarded to the player(s) who realistically develops their character and / or contributes to the advancement of the plot.
Eligibility: Anyone who has participated in the relevant mission and did not receive this award (for the same reason) for the previous mission.
Voting: This is not an award that is decided by vote. Nominations however are welcome.
